Rubix’s Hand Crafted provides hand-poured wax melts and related products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

All products are handmade. As a result:

• Slight variations in color, appearance, and scent strength may occur.
• Product photos are for reference only.
• Scent descriptions are subjective.

We make every effort to accurately describe each product.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (unless otherwise stated).
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or errors in pricing or inventory.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.
• Rubix’s Hand Crafted is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used wax melts.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.

Our wax melts are intended for use in approved wax warmers only.

• Do not add water.
• Do not leave warmer unattended.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Use only as directed.

Rubix’s Hand Crafted is not responsible for misuse of products.

All content on our website, including logos, product names, descriptions, and images, is the property of Rubix’s Hand Crafted and may not be copied or used without permission.

Rubix’s Hand Crafted is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrances
• Improper product use
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use
